Splatoon 2 Game Adds Single-Player 'Octo Expansion' in Summer

The game has sold 2,016,182 copies in Japan as of February 11 to become the first Switch game to surpass 2 million copies sold in Japan.

Similarly to the original Splatoon game, Nintendo is continuing to update Splatoon 2 with new stages and weapons even after launch.

Nintendo began streaming a trailer for the Splatoon 2 Switch game during its Nintendo Direct presentation on Thursday.
