47-year-old Naohiro Ise, known for his stage play adaptation works based on popular anime and manga, such as Noragami (2016), Osomatsu-san (2016-2018), Your Lie in April (2017), and Juni Taisen: Zodiac War (2018), serves as writer/director.
In addition to the forthcoming TV anime adaptation to premiere in Japan on April 6, a stage play adaptation of Amyu’s sou/koto (traditional Japanese stringed musical instrument)-themed manga Kono Oto Tomare! (Stop at This Sound!) is also scheduled to be performed in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka this summer.
The play’s official website and Twitter have opened with visuals introducing its three main cast in costume.
