The game features characters from Tokyo Ghoul, Tokyo Ghoul √A, and Tokyo Ghoul:re, and its anime visuals combine 2D illustrations with 3D models.
Sui Ishida’s manga also inspired the 2015 Tokyo Ghoul carnaval∫color smartphone game and the 2015 Tokyo Ghoul Jail PlayStation Vita game.
The game will launch as Tokyo Ghoul [:re birth] in the West.
Ishida serialized Tokyo Ghoul in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump from 2011 to 2014, and is now serializing Tokyo Ghoul:re.
