Tsuburaya Productions' Takayuki Tsukagoshi Promoted to CEO

  • Tsuburaya Productions promoted former president and COO Takayuki Tsukagoshi to the position of chairman and CEO on Monday.

  • Tsukagoshi worked as general manager of Walt Disney Studios Japan before joining Tsuburaya Productions as president in 2017.

  • The Hollywood Reporter reported in December that Tsuburaya Productions tapped United States production company Starlight Runner Entertainment to reboot its Ultraman franchise outside of Japan.
