It estimated total lifetime sales of 88.05 million units for the PlayStation 4, more than the PlayStation 3’s lifetime sales of 86.90 million units.
It also estimated the Xbox One with 22,539,411 units sold in the United States, 10,877,912 units sold in Europe, and 101,483 units sold in Japan.
Game industry sales analysis site VGChartz announced its estimated lifetime sales for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One game consoles last week.
VGChartz estimated that the PlayStation 4 sold 35.56 million units in Europe, 27.18 million units in the United States, and 7.24 million units in Japan.
