Paramount and Dreamworks’ upcoming live-action movie adaptation of the classic anime movie, Ghost in the Shell, may have had some mixed reactions, but it is still coming in with a lot of hype.
Recently, gaming website, IGN, made a comparison video, which compares several cuts taken from the original anime, as well as the recently-released trailer.
The live-action Ghost in the Shell movie is slated to premiere on March 21, 2017, and boasts an international cast which will make up Section 9.
Ghost in the Shell original director and writer, Mamoru Oshii, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex director and writer, Kenji Kamiya, and Ghost in the Shell musical composer, Kenji Kawai, previously visited the set and posed with the film’s stars, including Scarlett Johansson herself.
