After teasing what Ryuk looks like in its poster visual, Netflix has now revealed a brand new trailer for their live-action American adaptation of Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata’s bestselling thriller manga, Death Note.
Aside from the new trailer and poster visual, Netflix also revealed a new Filmmaker Featurette for Death Note, featuring Adam Wingard, the movie’s director.
So far, Ryuk and the Death Note itself look like they are quite loyal to the original source manga… except it has an American cast of course.
Netflix will show the manga-based live-action movie starting August 25, 2017.
