After reporting on August 18 that voice actor Shinichiro Miki, known as the voice of Bleach’s Kisuke Urahara, Dragon Ball Super’s Zamasu, Fullmetal Alchemist’s Roy Mustang, and Kojiro (known as James in the English version) in Pokémon, had come down with COVID-19, Miki revealed this afternoon that he will be returning to work at a gradual pace now that his treatment for COVID-19 has been completed and he’s been cleared to work from his local health center.
Shinichiro Miki was recouping from COVID-19 at home in accordance with the current COVID-19 guidelines, which limits hospitalization to those having severe, life-threatening, symptoms from COVID-19.
He also runs a YouTube channel about Japan stuff called TheDoctorDazza, tweets at @DoctorDazza, and posts photos of his travels on Instagram.
