KAT-TUN Idol Group to Go on Hiatus to 'Recharge'

KAT-TUN is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and they released their first best album KAT-TUN 10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST “10Ks!” on March 22.
The group appeared on their final variety TV program on April 28, and they will finish their “KAT-TUN 10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST ’10Ks!'” dome tour on Sunday night at the Tokyo Dome.
The group debuted in 2006 with six members, but Jin Akanishi left the band in 2010 and Koki Tanaka left in 2013.
The three-member boy band KAT-TUN will go on hiatus starting on Sunday to “recharge,” and the individual members plan to focus on their solo careers during the hiatus.
