The film is the third CG-animated film for the franchise, after 2008’s Resident Evil: Degeneration and 2012’s Resident Evil: Damnation.
The official website for Anime Expo announced on Tuesday that it will screen the CG-animated film Resident Evil: Vendetta on Saturday July 1.
The film, based on CAPCOM’s Resident Evil (Biohazard) horror game franchise, opened in Japanese theaters on May 27.
The film will screen in theaters in the United States and Canada on June 19 for one night only.
