Bandai Namco Holdings restructured some of its subsidiaries on April 1, creating the new Bandai Spirits toy and hobby company, merging music company Lantis into its video division Bandai Visual to create Bandai Namco Arts, and moving its arcade and amusement machine department to Namco to create the new subsidiary Bandai Namco Amusement.
Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that it will launch a new wholly-owned subsidiary titled Bandai Namco Network Service on October 1.
Bandai Namco Rights Marketing absorbed and dissolved Anime Consortium Japan (ACJ) in March.
