It was announced that the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga series had sold over 40 million copies over the physical and digital versions, that amount, which was released on January 28, has surely increased with an estimated physical sales amount of 7 million copies since then.
This brings the total sales for the 19th volume of Demon Slayer up to an estimated 1.622 million, according to Oricon.
Koyoharu Gotoge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga series continues to make manga history as the highest selling franchise in Japan this year, taking up all 19 slots of the Oricon sales chart, which tracks sales of the physical manga volume, the tracking company announced on February 21.
