Warner Music Japan began streaming a new music video for singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran’s song “Supermarket Flowers” on Wednesday.
The video consists of an animation hand-drawn by award-winning manga creator and artist Yoriko Hoshi.
The song debuted in Sheeran’s 2017 album ÷, and is the closing track in the standard edition of the album.
Warner Music Japan put Hoshi in contact with Sheeran last May to begin planning the video, and she finished the video over the course of 10 months.
