Square Enix announced at the Jump Festa ’19 event on Saturday that Hiro Mashima (Fairy Tail, Rave Master, Edens Zero) will draw a one-shot manga adaptation of the Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age (Dragon Quest XI: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete) game.
Dragon Quest XI S: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete, a Switch version of the game, will launch in Japan in 2019.
The manga will center on Erik (Kamyu in the Japanese version of the game) and will tell a story of before Erik met the game’s protagonist.
