The official website for the “final series” of the television anime adaptation of Hiro Mashima’s Fairy Tail manga revealed a new key visual and the October 7 premiere for the series on Wednesday.
The manga has inspired two television anime, two anime films, several original video anime projects, and spinoff manga.
Mashima’s Fairy Tail manga series follows the adventures of world’s most notorious mage guild, Fairy Tail.
Manga creator Kenshiro Sakamoto (Pitch-Black Ten) is drawing the Fairy Tail: Happy no Daibōken (Fairy Tail: Happy’s Grand Adventure) spinoff manga that will launch “soon.” Ushio Andō is providing the story and art for the Fairy Tail City Hero spinoff manga, which is slated to debut this fall.
