"Godzilla" Anime Version Mechagodzilla Gets Its First Soft Vinyl Figure from Bandai

The 19 cm-tall item is the first entry from Bandai’s newly-launched soft vinyl figure line for adults, “Master Detail Movie Monster Series,” and is produced in cooperation with the anime’s co-director Hiroyuki Seshita and molding director Mitsunori Kataama.

Bandai’s official online store Premium Bandai has started accepting pre-orders for a new soft vinyl figure of Mechagodzilla from Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle, the second part of Polygon Pictures’ trilogy anime feature film project inspired by Toho’s long-running Godzilla franchise.

The price is 4,968 yen (about 45 US dollars) and its scheduled shipping date is November 2018.
