Idu debuted a manga adaptation titled Imōto Sae Ireba Ii. @comic in Shogakukan’s Sunday GX magazine in December 2015.
Kobashiko launched a separate spinoff manga titled Imōto Sareba II. Gaiden Imōto ni Saenareba Ii! in the November issue of Square Enix’s Gangan Joker magazine on October 22.
The source code for the official website of the television anime of Yomi Hirasaka’s Imōto Sae Ireba Ii. (It’d be Good if Only Little Sister Was Here) light novel series briefly listed animation studio SILVER LINK and director Shin Oonuma (Anne-Happy, WATAMOTE) under the keywords.
Since 2015, Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko imprint has published 650,000 copies of the light novel series’ first six volumes.
