The film tells the coming of age love story of four male high school students: Reo Sano (Natsuki Hashiba), Taishi Nakagawa (Tomoya Matsunaga), Mahiro Takasugi (Tsuyoshi Naoe), and Ryusei Yokohama (Keiichi Katakura).
Following the teaser last December, the official website for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Minami Mizuno’s Nijiiro Days/Rainbow Days comedy manga posted a 100-second full trailer introducing its ending theme song “Wanderlust” performed by Kenji Furuya (Dragon Ash vocalist/guitarist).
It is written directed by Ken Iizuka (Arakawa Under the Bridge) for a July 6 release in Japan.
