Sentai Filmworks announced on Monday that it has licensed the television anime of Rin Fujiki’s Vatican Miracle Examiner (Vatican Kiseki Chōsakan) mystery novel series for the summer simulcast season.
Eiji Kaneda previously drew a two-volume manga adaptation, and Kadokawa published the second compiled volume in January 2014.
The anime will stream in the United States on Amazon’s Anime Strike platform and in “certain other countries through select digital outlets.”
Anju Hino launched a manga adaptation in Comic Gene’s September issue last August, and the first compiled book volume shipped on February 27.
