The seventh issue of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine revealed on Wednesday that the “big news” planned for Takashi Shiina’s Zettai Karen Children manga is a celebration of the 30th anniversary of Shiina’s manga industry debut.
The Unlimited – Hyōbu Kyōsuke, a spinoff anime focusing on the series antagonist Kyōsuke Hyōbu, aired in 2013.
Shiina’s sci-fi comedy series began in Shonen Sunday in 2005, and received a 52-episode television anime series in 2008, as well as a 2010 original video anime adaptation.
